Marcel C. Rivas brings over 30 years of professional child welfare experience to his role as Vice President of Operations at Stabilify, where he oversees the delivery of innovative software solutions for Human Services agencies. With a background encompassing administrative, senior management, and direct service roles, Marcel’s expertise extends from managing Youth Services & Adoption Operations at Citrus Family Care Network to directing diverse prevention and intervention programs at Children’s Home Society of Florida. Holding degrees in Psychology, Economics, and Mental Health Counseling, Marcel’s leadership has been instrumental in improving outcomes for vulnerable youth and families. Beyond his professional commitments, Marcel volunteers extensively, serving as a Commissioner and Team Leader for the national Council on Accreditation (COA) and contributing to various Florida-based nonprofit organizations for over 15 years.
