Johanna joined the KCare family of products in 2015. As Chief Operating Officer, Johanna has led the team through tremendous growth, product improvement, and substantial change to provide exceptional client services.

With undergraduate degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology, Johanna spent her early career developing programs to serve adults with developmental disabilities achieve independence. She then joined a Memphis-based organization focused on foster care, adoption services, and the residential needs of children in the region. This experience increased her dedication to supporting vulnerable populations. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and began to focus on opportunities for improvement within the child welfare system.

Johanna’s mission is growing and leveraging software that improves the care that child welfare and behavioral health organizations provide. Her passion is helping eR, Exym, and Stabilify users ensure the best possible outcomes though technology solutions.
